Privacy Policy
LevelLore Studios ("we", "us", or "our") provides the mobile game Floppy Flight. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information stored on your device
Floppy Flight does not require an account. Game data is stored locally on your device, including scores, coins, purchased and equipped cosmetics, achievements, daily rewards and missions, settings, and gameplay statistics. This local data is used to provide game progress and features. It is not uploaded to a LevelLore Studios account or server.
Advertising and information processed by Google
Floppy Flight uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. When you use the game, Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device and advertising identifiers;
- app interactions, such as launches, taps, and ad views; and
- diagnostic information related to app and SDK performance.
This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. A rewarded continue is granted only after Google reports that the rewarded advertisement was completed successfully.

Consent and privacy choices
Where required by law, Floppy Flight uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices. If Google determines that privacy options must be made available, you can revisit those choices from the privacy control in the game. You may also manage advertising settings through your device and Google account settings.
Legal bases
Depending on your location, information may be processed with your consent, to provide the game and its requested features, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and improving service reliability.
Data sharing and sale
LevelLore Studios does not directly sell personal information. Information may be shared with Google and its advertising partners as described above, or where required to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce legal rights.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. You can therefore delete locally stored game data through your device settings. Advertising and consent data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's own policies and your available Google privacy controls.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the game. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's privacy
Floppy Flight is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to LevelLore Studios. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the matter. Age thresholds and additional protections may vary by country.
International processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you live. Their privacy terms describe the safeguards they use for international data transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
